We chose this variety for its light green lilypad leaves that can be used as a bed for fish or steak or as a pop of texture and taste in a salad, and delicate flowers that make a beautiful garnish in an array of colors for any plate. The leaves have a fresh, peppery taste - flowers have a similar flavor but are milder.
