At Lettuce Grow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home gardening experience. If your Farmstand or accessories aren't the right fit, you can return your items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Gear

Carefully disassemble your Farmstand and place all components, including pumps and timers, into the original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
