The leaves are a feature of cuisines worldwide both cooked into soups and stews or used at the end of cooking to add fresh complexity. In the garden, cilantro also attracts beneficial insects like ladybugs. We chose this variety for its consistency of growth and flavor but also for its resistance to bolting, which stops leaf growth.
